WFICC and WHO sign extension to current Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

By mutual agreement, the WFICC and World Health Organisation (WHO) have signed an extension to the current Memorandum of Understanding. This collaborative agreement has been extended until December 31st, 2028, and a further extension of up to 3 years is possible at that time. The WFICC and WHO have established a key relationship and growing collaboration in emergency, critical and operative care. As a member of the Acute Care Network (ACAN) and a professional federation with more than 90 society members, WFICC is supporting WHO in creating clinical support tools and educational programs in critical care as part of the integrated clinical care program.
