In the discussion, particular attention was given to the expansion of critical care education and capacity-building initiatives, including the potential implementation of the Basic Critical Care (BCC) course, building on the experience and lessons learned from the successful pilot initiative conducted earlier this year in the Solomon Islands. Both organizations recognized that initiatives of this nature benefit significantly from strong regional partnerships. Given ANZICS’ expertise, regional knowledge, and longstanding relationship with WFICC, the Society represents an important potential partner in the development and implementation of future initiatives across the Pacific region.Back to News
