Gender equality and equity in intensive care: an international Delphi consensus study

The WFICC is supporting the dissemination of this important international study. Despite increasing gender diversity in healthcare, disparities in leadership, academic advancement, and workplace experiences persist in intensive care medicine. Until now, there has been limited consensus guidance to address these issues across professional domains.

The outcomes from this study provide some key insights, why they matter and the implications for practice. For a limited time there is open access to the publication in Intensive Care Medicine.
