Melda Turkoglu

Dr. Turkoglu is one of the leading intensivists in Turkey and was responsible for establishing and directing the medical ICU at Ankara University. Subsequently she has become an academic member of Gazi University, Medical ICU. She is one of the founder members of the Society of Turkish Intensivists and served as President of the society. She has worked to implement and protect the personal rights of intensivists, to improve the education of intensivists and has a particular interest in inspiring young intensivists to purse research and to develop their careers.
